Follow Vendor

Give customers an easy way to stay connected with their favorite vendors with the Follow Vendor add-on for CS-Cart. Customers can follow vendors directly from the all-vendors listing page or product pages and receive email notifications when a followed vendor lists a new product.

• One-Click Vendor Follow: Customers can follow vendors directly from the all-vendors listing page or a vendor's product page.
• Email Confirmation: When a customer follows a vendor, the customer receives a confirmation email, and the vendor is notified that a new customer is following their store.
• Automatic New Product Alerts: When a followed vendor lists a new product, followers receive an email containing a direct link to the new product.
• Cron-Based Email Delivery: New product notification emails are queued and delivered through a scheduled cron job, helping keep the vendor panel fast even when a vendor has many followers.
• Easy Unfollow: Customers can unfollow a vendor at any time by clicking the Following button again. Product notification emails for that vendor then stop.
• Admin Follower Counts: Administrators can view the current follower count for each vendor directly from the admin panel.

The Follow Vendor add-on helps marketplaces build stronger customer-vendor connections and encourage repeat visits through automatic email notifications. It works across single-vendor and multi-vendor CS-Cart stores.
