Safepay Payment Gateway

Give customers a secure and reliable checkout experience with the Safepay Payment Gateway add-on for CS-Cart. The integration uses Safepay's tracker-based hosted checkout flow, verifies transactions before completing orders, and provides convenient refund management directly within CS-Cart.

• Tracker-Based Secure Checkout: Each order creates a Safepay payment tracker, and customers complete payment through Safepay's hosted checkout page. The transaction is verified before the order is marked complete.
• Automatic Order Status Updates: Order statuses are updated based on the payment flow, including Pending, Success, and Failed states.
• Multi-Currency Support: The add-on supports PKR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, CAD, and SAR. It uses the store's secondary currency when supported and automatically falls back to a configured default currency when necessary.
• Admin Refund Panel: Process full or partial refunds directly from the CS-Cart order details page without using a separate Safepay dashboard.
• RMA Integration: Safepay refunds are connected with CS-Cart's Return Merchandise Authorization flow, helping keep return and refund records synchronized.
• Vendor Refund Permissions: Vendors can process refunds from their vendor panel after a return request has been approved.
• Sandbox & Production Support: Configure the payment environment as Sandbox or Production and test the payment flow before going live.
• Easy Configuration: Add Safepay as a payment method and configure the Public Key, Secret Key, Environment, and Default Currency from the CS-Cart payment settings.
